In any case this writer has many flaws, beginning with those spelling, grammar and syntax. But not enough. He argues that practice with Interlingua need to understand how is difficult to explain in international fora, with whatever language you attempt to use. It will also have a part of reason in this, but in short, the problem in fact said is that he knows not write.
